On June 19, a delegation of HCMC Party’s Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee – HCMC, led by Chairman Le Hoang Quan paid a visit to press agencies including HCMC Television (HTV), Voice of Vietnam Radio, National Catholic newspapers.
At headquarter of Voice of Vietnam Radio in HCMC, Mr. Le Hoang Quan highly appreciated role of Voice of Vietnam Radio in HCMC in providing timely and accurate information about policies of the State and the Party.
On the occasion of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, Mr. Quan hoped that staffs, reporters of Voice of Vietnam Radio always have much enthusiasm to overcome difficulty, together with other press agencies of HCMC and of the whole country to spread information of HCMC to people nationwide and international friends.
On a visit to HTV, Mr. Quan congratulated all employees of HTV, saying that they have met the trust of leaders of HCMC. He praised HTV’s efforts in propagandizing policies, guidance of the Party, regulations of the State. Mr. Quan affirmed that HCMC always share and support HTV for further development.
At National Catholic Newspapers, Mr. Quan highly appreciated National Catholic Newspapers, saying that this agency always does a good job in implementing its principles and objectives. Mr. Quan said that National Catholic Newspapers is a voice of the Catholics in Vietnam, this is a special newspaper of the Catholics with diversified contents, contributing to the development of HCMC as well as of spiritual living of the Catholics.
Mr. Quan expressed his hope that the National Catholic Newspapers will continue to strengthen its propaganda activities of “patriotism, respect for God”, to live a “good life, good religion”, saying that the Catholics continue to contribute to the common and continuous development of HCMC and of the whole country.
