At the meeting, Mrs. Christine Antorini highly appreciated socio-economic development of HCMC, saying that many Danish universities, colleges and vocational schools want to strengthen co-operation with Vietnam, replicating models of co-operation in the direction of attaching theory and practice, developing team work and social skills to meeting the recruitment demands of enterprises.

Mrs. Christine Antorini expressed her hope that leaders of HCMC will support and create favorable conditions for good co-operation between both sides, contributing to the good relationship between Vietnam and Denmark.

Mr. Le Hoang Quan said that HCMC has over 100 universities, colleges and vocational schools. The city is focusing on training and developing a high quality human resource. He hoped that HCMC and Denmark will further promote co-operation in education to meet the practical demands.
