At the meeting, Mr. Le Hoang Quan expressed his delight to receive Mr. Theodore G.Osius to HCMC. Mr. Quan said that the friendship relationship between Vietnam and US is deeply developed in fields of economy, education, health care, etc. Mr. Quan affirmed that HCMC is always ready for creating favorable conditions US companies to invest in HCMC and hopes that the US creates conditions for US companies to support and share experiences with those in HCMC, contributing to enhancement of Vietnam-US friendship relationships to a new height.

Mr. Theodore G. Osius believed that 2015 will see a growing number of US businesses coming to HCMC to seek investment and co-operation opportunities. Mr. Theodore G. Osius hoped that HCMC creates conditions for business communities to invest in HCMC. He affirmed the in his term in Vietnam, he would make efforts in further pushing up Vietnam-US relationship. In 2014
