At the reception, Mr. Phong highly appreciated Mr. IIkka-Pekka Simila’s contributions in his term in Vietnam which made important contributions to the good friendship and cooperation relation between both countries.
 
With available strengths of Finland, Mr. Phong said HCMC hopes Finland to share its experience in business startup, saying this is one of the key focused factors of the city. Mr. Phong affirmed the city is willing to create favorable conditions for Finland to organize the the Week of Science, Technology and Creativity in October to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Vietnam-Finland diplomatic relation in 2018.
 
For his part, Mr. Ilkka – Pekka Simila thanked Vietnam Government in general and HCMC in particular for supporting him to finish his tasks in Vietnam, affirming he will continue promoting various activities to further promote Vietnam-Finland cooperation relation, including with HCMC.
