The 100 page book is a collection of 106 presentations from scientific seminar on HCMC-40 years of construction, development and integration hosted by HCMC People’s Party-People’s Council- Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of HCMC on the occasion of 40 years of liberation of Southern Vietnam and national reunification. The book aims to help cadres, party members and readers to study, research precious documents of HCMC.

Related to this theme, national Political Publishing House –The Truth also launched the book entitled: “Great Spring Victory 1975 - the power of national reunification will and aspiration for peace”. HCMC General Publishing House also launched the book entitle: “Role of public security forces in the struggle of national liberation, construction and protection of political security, social order and safety in HCMC”.
