In Singapore, Bank for investment and development of Vietnam (BICV) has recently won the best retail bank of Vietnam in 2015 by the Asian Banker. This award aims to honor the most excellent retail banks with great efforts and achievements in providing services for individual customers with position in the financial market and impressive retail trade development strategies.
The award “best retail bank of Vietnam in 2015” is based on activities including: modernization of service infrastructure and construction of a network covering 63 cities and provinces with over 750 transaction offices, 14,000 ATMs/POS and many retail branches of national standards operating effectively.
In the plan of innovation of retail bank activities, BIDV will officially launch Social Media Command Center (SMCC) on April 8. At SMCC, social media experts will use modern tools of data supervision to grasp all ideas, feedbacks from customers and community. Then, the bank will receive, analyze information as a basis for innovation of services, products and business development. With a new function, BIDV hopes the launch of SMCC will be a close linking bridge between BIDV and its customers.
