According to the proposal of Department of Transport, HCMC People’s Committee has requested the Steering Center for Urban Flood Control Program to organize an auction, to choose the supply bidder of public products and services in field of water drainage in HCMC, to ensure a non-stop operation management, to complete procedures for holding an auction to choose a bidder who is capable of running, maintaining Binh Hung wastewater treatment plant.

In the meantime, it is a responsibility of Steering Center for Urban Flood Control Program to coordinate with HCMC Urban Drainage Company to operate Binh Hung wastewater treatment plant, ensuring non-stop operation, maintenance and quality of treated water.
