The HCM City People's Committee has decided to authorize the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (HEPZA) to receive documents, adjust and grant business licenses and retail establishment licenses to Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) enterprises operating in the field of purchase and sale of goods and activities related directly to the purchase and sale of goods, having their head offices located in industrial parks and export processing zones.

Authorization is made for 3 years from July 4, 2017.
