In an effort of turning Vietnam into World’s Kitchen with specialies like instant food, drinks, fruits which are delicous, clean, safe and nutritional, et. This was announced at the signing ceremony of MOU on building HPP food processing factory in Vietnam betweet MHEnviron (Canada), Minh Hung Group (Vietnam) and Avure Technologies (USA) dated February 27.
As planned, the construction of the plant will be started in September 2018 in Ben Luc District, Long An province and put into operation 9 months later. The plant has a total investment capital of VND 500 billion.
Vice President for Sales of Avure Technologies Tom Woodward said HPP technoloy in food processing has many superior advantages compared to thermal technology or using of common chemicals.
