On purpose of improving Public Administration Reform Index (PAR index), HCMC People’s Committee requests all related departments and agencies, districts to announce the action plans and guidance of the city. Related units and agencies are assigned the job of improving component indices of PCI; completing mechanisms to improve quality of legal documents; ensuring the legitimacy and feasibility of legal documents; imposing no additional procedures that cause harassment to local citizens and businesses, strengthening inspection of implementation of public administration reform focusing on recruitment, appointment ò cadres, public servants; strengthening compliance with principles, administrative disciplines; solving administrative procedures for citizens and businesses in a convenient manner; providing information related to results of administrative reform, especially models and solutions to create the most favourable conditions for citizens and organizations, etc.
