With a theme of “Shopping and Festive Week 2017”, the fair took place from April 27 to May 2 2017 with participation 500 booths from 200 enterprises. The fair included many attractive activities for consumers like “Shopping Golden Time keeping same price” of VND 20, 000, “unexpected bus”, “Chef Contest” together with a variety of game show. Especially, the area of “Green-Nice Market” displayed clean agro-commodity and startup projects. Other activities at the fair included: Business Forum on Vietnamese high quality products, startup projects with a theme of “lessons from strategy of Dare to make a difference”; international seminar on “global trend of food safety and solutions to boost export for Vietnamese enterprises”.

 
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Permanent Deputy Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem said the fair has affirmed its prestige and created favorable conditions for enterprises to access to market, support production and strengthen the campaign of “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese products”.
