In a recent working visit to Russia dated May 18, at Saint Petersburg, a delegation of HCMC led by Secretary of HCMC Party Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan paid a visit to Aurora ship Museum.
At the museum, leader of the museum briefly introduced the history of the legendary Aurora ship.
The Aurora ship served during Russian-Japanese war, World War I & II. It was the symbol of October Revolution in Russia which have reportedly fired the first shot signalling the final attack to The Winter Palace in Petrograd (now Saint Petersburg) on November 11 1917.
At the same day, the city’s delegation has made a visit to South-West Company to study its modern waste water treatment technology and water supply activities at Vodokanal Company in Saint Petersburg.
