14 out of 23 golden lands have a total area of 95.400 m2 which have not completed auction procedures in 2015 (including the golden land at 23 Le Duan, District 1). The rest 9 lands have a total area of 42.300 m2 located in Thu Duc (3 lands), District 1, 3, 5, 7 and Binh Chanh (2).

In 2015, HCMC Land Development Center under Department of National Resources and Environment  had an auction program of 28 lands with total area of 855.000 m2, of which 18.000 m2 of 7 lands have been put in auction, 3 of them with total area of 9.500m2 was sold worth about VND 177 billion.
 
A 3.300 m2 land at 23 Le Duan Street has been successfully sold with total value of VND 1.430 billion, this land is not handed over because the winner just pays 15% of the starting price (starting price of VND 558 billion)
